Return and Refund Policy

Scout Brackets warrants to the Customer that Scout Brackets products purchased are free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period shall be 60 months from the date of Customer's purchase of Scout Brackets products. Warranty does not cover ratchets, which can be purchased at here.

Return and Refund Policy

Terms of return - 30 days from order date.
State of return - if the product is unused or is in a condition to be sold again.
Reason for return - if the product is damaged when received or received the wrong product.
Process for return - contact Scout Brackets by phone or email.
Process of refund - once Scout Brackets receives the returned product, it will be inspected to determine a refund.
